Participation Conditions

Eligibility
Participation is open exclusively to adult natural persons with permanent residence in Europe. Participation is limited to end customers; resellers are excluded.
Only individuals who ordered a petWALK pet door in January 2026 are eligible to participate.
Only orders that include a petWALK pet door are eligible for a refund.
Each person may participate only once. Participation via prize draw clubs, automated services, or other third-party services is not permitted.
Employees of petWALK and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Competition Terms
By participating, the participant agrees to the use of their personal data for the purpose of the competition, as well as to the publication and provision of their last name, place of residence, and a photo with the prize.
Participants who provide false information or violate the terms and conditions will be excluded from the competition.
The purchase price of up to €3,000 gross can only be refunded provided the participant has not exercised their statutory right of withdrawal.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Fees, taxes, or customs duties are excluded from the refund.
The order period is limited to the entire month of January 2026. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible to win.
Only one winner will be selected. The winner will be notified by email around March 2026 and must respond within 14 days to confirm their claim to the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the 14-day period, the prize claim will lapse and a new winner will be selected.

Data Protection
Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the use of their data at any time. In this case, participation in the competition will no longer be possible.
The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted after its conclusion, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Legal Recourse and Liability
Legal recourse is excluded. Petwalk Solutions GmbH is not liable for any technical issues that may impair participation in the competition.
