In addition to the statutory warranty rights, petWALK grants end customers who purchased directly from petWALK a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. This covers material and manufacturing defects and generally applies to new devices for 24 months from the date of purchase (6 months for wear parts).
In the event of a warranty claim, the repair or replacement will be carried out at the petWALK factory. On-site repairs are also available.will not be honored. The warranty does not apply to improper use, modifications to the product, or damage caused by external factors.
